At LUNÉA, customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do.
We aim to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality, so returns are rare — but in the unlikely event you need to return or exchange an item, our policy is outlined below.


How to Make a Return

We accept returns on unworn products in their original condition with the original packaging.

  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the delivery date.

  • To start your return, please contact our customer service team for the return address.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing time: Returns are typically processed within 24 hours of receipt. Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note, your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 days to process the funds.

What if My Order Arrives Damaged or Faulty?

If you believe your item has a fault upon delivery, please notify us on the day of delivery.

  • Include: Your order number, full name, detailed photos of the fault, and any information that will help us resolve the issue quickly.


Delivery Issues

LUNÉA is not responsible for missing parcels sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or parcels left in unsecured locations at your request.

If your order has not arrived, please contact us.

  • UK orders: A replacement or refund will only be issued 20 working days after dispatch.

  • International orders: Allow 25 working days before we can process a replacement or refund.


Customs & Import Duties

Some countries may charge customs fees or import taxes. LUNÉA is not responsible for these charges.
If you are unsure, please check your local government’s customs and tax guidelines before ordering.

No customs fees for:

  • United Kingdom

  • United States

  • Canada

  • Australia

  • Japan

  • Hong Kong

  • United Arab Emirates

Tax-free thresholds:

  • Europe – Orders under £135

  • South Korea – Orders under $150

To ensure every product meets our high standards, some orders may take up to 3 weeks before shipping.
This allows each product to undergo thorough quality testing before leaving our facility.
If this applies to your order, you will be notified by email and updated with tracking once dispatched.
